Mom arrested for cheering too loudly at daughter's graduation

I went to my nephew's graduation a few weeks ago. Around 500 seniors took the walk of passage. The vast majority would get a smattering of applause and or a short cheer when their name was read. There were a few however who's family would go on and on shouting through the next student's turn. Very tacky in my opinion and definitely worth of some kind of reprimand.
