3 to 5 mugs a day for 45 years. Never had a serious illness. Brain still works fine. Health is fantastic, not including the mechanical items, bones disks extra, coffee don't fix crushed disks and broken bones, which is a shame. I know a few folks that never drank coffee and they have had many health issues over the years.

Good on you Mr rickymouse for raising this, and God bless a good cup of Coffee.

Over 70 and retired. Drinking coffee daily for over 50 years.

I presently do at least 140 k-cups of "Neuman's Own Special Blend" a month, and an occasional other, if I run out.
I use cream and artificial sweetener.
I stay out of Dunkin and Starbucks.
I do not smoke and have only a few alcoholic bevs a month, and do not do drugs. I really have no need for that crap.
I am in shape for my age.

I do not know if it makes everyone healthy, but it works for, I feel good and it makes me happy.

Obviously, results can vary - as we are all different.

Ok, been checking out coffee price increases and it appears that we are going to have some substantial increase for this winter. It may settle down by next summer. Crop yield is low, drought and heat are messing things up in those countries producing a lot of it.

I suppose I will have to go get some more on sale tomorrow, three twenty five point nine ounce cans of Folgers for seventeen bucks after a ten dollar rebate coupon at a store here. Like folgers pretty much, but my granddaughters husbands father roasts coffee, and adding a little of his great ground coffee to a can of coffee really increases the good flavor of the coffee.

Might have to get a few more bags of beans from him to enrich the coffee. He has good sources for his beans, but they will also be rising in cost for him too. He is good at buying quality beans and does a great job roasting them. I prefer the beans not being fermented much, he knows which are more or less fermented. So I just get what he suggests because he knows my preferences. Many people like the more fermented ones.

Good chocolate is also fermented and it is cooked in copper kettles to also add flavor.

Giving you guys a heads up on this, it is most likely a one year shortage. Futures are rising for December too. Been on the news in some areas, so there could be some shortages of local sales stocks at the stores if they are on sale for a decent price.
