Glad to be a part of this forum. My girl has been on here for a while, and I keep telling her my responses to the posts she is reading so I figure why not just go ahead and join. I really hope I don't offend anyone, and I will try to keep my cursing in check.
I have been a chef for 14 years, and now, well, im trying to broaden my horizons and go on to bigger and better things. Any of my fellow restaurant workers out there, hit me up, I know we have stories to tell. Anycrap, here I am, there ya go.
