What do my choices in music say about me

I want to see if you can tell anything about me from my favorite songs whether it be my personality how old i am or anything like that and be creative!

I'm in my late 30s and still have that hole in my heart where they suddenly ended the Transformers cartoon series right after the Headmasters & Targetmasters episodes came out. Galvatron floating aimlessly through space inside Scorponok.

I would say your under 40 yrs.white, male, that didn't have an easy childhood. You feel angry, isolated from a world you long to belong to, but you don't see yourself "fitting in" for some reason, and your lonely, probably single. Based on the songs and videos and your desire to create this thread ,your "struggling" to find "your" place in life, and feel the need to connect with people who may "understand" your feelings. I did get a "vibe" your possibly gay, or perhaps just don't see women in a very good light?

Your aware and understand the harsh "realities" going on in the world today, and want to do "something" to help...but you feel somewhat "helpless" and that feeling makes you angry and sad.

How did I do? I hope you will at some point in this thread tell us what YOU think those songs say about yourself? because that really is the only real "answer" you seek. How do you devine yourself ? Who have you been, who are you now, and who will you will "become" ? lol...not easy questions for most of us....good luck

I think you are a white female in your 20's. Who likes the occasional party, and is 420 friendly. You have a few tattoos and piercings, but nothing overly signifigant. You would rather have a cold beer then a fancy wine. Not religous. You arent afraid to stand up for yourself, and your personality reflects that. You swear, and speak your mind. You hated school.

If I'd put down my favourite music you'd think I was an angry teenage boy or a complete pothead without a job, as I am into very Heavy Metal and the weirdest Stoner Rock. Yet you couldn't be further from the truth [mid 40's professional lady ]. Therefore I have given up guessing people by their music.
However the OP must be different from what we are going to guess as otherwise it wouldn't be worthy a thread. I'm sure there is some sort of 'revelation' of how he/sh is nothing like it. Just as I just did

The only thing I can tell from these songs is you're a person of exquisite taste...

Your right about some things like the not easy childhood part and felling powerless to change the realities of life
the only part you did not get right is the part about being gay or seeing girls in a negative way everything else was spot on

It's not easy to pigeonhole a person by their music. Right now I'm big on Slipknot, Stone Sour(yes, damn near the same), Breaking Benjamin, etc. One might think I was in my 20's or 30's but I'll be 50 this week. BLACK SABBATH RULES!!!!

Cool....sorry I got that part wrong, It was the second video that gave me those thoughts, not so much the words to the song, but the images the band projected in the video seemed to be about a "guy" thing....lol.....same thing with thinking perhaps you didn't see women in a good light was also because of images in another video showing a beautiful woman on the toliet...and screaming in the mirror.

I do think the music we listen to tells alot about us in many cases....and different periods in our life will "attract" us toward the music that "speaks to us in those times, Love music, and it has gotten me through many a bad days. Hope everything works out for you...
