I am sold on the idea that vitamin C would be more effective in this form.
I contemplated making my own in the way you have shown, but since I am elderly and lacking energy/stamina, I decided to find some 'ready made'.
I have bought this
www.lyposphericnutrients.co.uk...
If it renews my energy, I might be able to 'make my own' eventually.

On a bit of a tangent, but still kinda related to my first post...
I'd be VERY curious if anybody has experimented with sunflower lecithin.
The only form I find that in, is liquid. So the recipe would take some tweaking.
But from the bit of reading I've done, the sunflower should be a bit better for you than soy.
Plus, it might not taste/smell quite so nasty...lol
If anybody can perfect this recipe with liquid lecithin, I'd love to hear it.

How much lecithin per unit volume does the liquid sunflower lecithin have?

That's a great question! One that I'm having a hard time finding the answer to.
I only found one website that contains a pic of the nutritional label of liquid sunflower lecithin.
www.vivapure.co.uk...#
I'm not even sure if that has the answer to the question.

Wow, talking about synchronicities (some people in this thread already had the same furniture and chairs as I remember) - I have exactly the same tablecloth on my kichen table, only with blue backround
I don't think that is synchronicity, I think that is mass-produced Chinese merchandise shipped over and sold at the same corporate retailers.
All you craftsy folks really need to start making your own table clothes.
