This just dawned on me by reading two separate threads. Somebody was suggesting that the recent Reaver attacks might have something to do with some stolen medical equipment that may have been contaminated by a type of human mad cow disease.

Then another thread mentioned a doctor (nearby) who was arrested and was spitting blood at the cops. This guy had $54,000 on him in cash, two hand cannons, and some drugs/vials. This guy sounds like your typical just-stole-some-deadly-crap-then-sold-it-now-they-want-me-dead dudes out of a movie.

The doctor was outsourced to many local hospitals. Can anybody confirm if he worked in that particular one?
