Buuuutt There are no bound delegates. Paul has an equal chance going in still.

So no mittens yet.

The National convention does not bind the delegates. The state conventions do. Paul has 0 chance unless Romney dies somehow. Delegates are bound. Rule 38 does not apply since no states have every delegate bound, they leave a few free to avoid the unit rule altogether. Romney has the numbers 100%

whom ever is going to be elected... they will have a lot to deal with

Fukushima being the big one... the ELE (extinction level event) as billions in the northern hemisphere get nuked without a bomb being dropped
