IS THE WAR AGAINST TERRORISM MAKING US GAIN ENEMIES THAN VANQUISH THE THREAT?

The name states the question. WELL is America gaining more enemies through its war of terrorism? Before we attacked Iraq, Not much Iraqis wanted to bomb the great US of A but not after we blew up basically half of all their cities and created so much death and destruction, I am sure there are quite a lot of Iraqis who would like to bomb America if they have the chance?
