Big Trouble in Little China - Don't know why, just love it all time favorite.
Full Metal Jacket - every frame in a Kubrick film is a masterpiece but FMJ takes every cliche and war story and turns it into a "Jungian thing"
Pulp Fiction - nuff said
Heat - best heist flick ever
The great thing about movies is you find a new favorite all the time.
Melancholia. First movie I was fully able to relate to - the depression, the serenity at the thought of the world ending... I was going
through much of the same when I first saw it, having been reading Elenin threads and hoping it was true so all this crap could end. I watched
Melancholia every night for nearly a month during my 'dark' period, then I guess I got it out of my system, tho' I've watched it a few times since.
Funny enough, I discovered it here on ATS last year, so thanks to whoever posted the trailer in one of the conspiracy threads...
