I like some rap a lot actually, but I can't tell which videos you've posted because China blocks Youtube. If it's Del the Funky Homosapien, you are right, he's awesome!

I suggest people who are on the fence about rap check out the collab album between Nas and Damian Marley (son of the legendary Bob Marley), also I would suggest you check out Lupe Fiasco... really liked his latest album, but he has a lot of good stuff on his other albums also.

Speaking of Damian Marley... other reggae artists that are worth checking out: Morgan Heritage, Barrington Levy, Ini Kamoze, the Meditations (these guys are a hidden classic), Horace Andy...

I also noticed some people posting Canadian bands... I suggest Billy Talent, K-os, Arcade Fire and a long forgotten favourite of mine; Econoline Crush
