I can find no credible information on this which all appears to stem from one report by the University of Tokyo that give no information at all other than conjecture.
If this is in any way like the report from Hokkaido University that stated there would be a second Mag 9 before February of this year I would not give much for the chances of this being correct.
What little I can glean seems it is based on computer modelling rather than fact, and we know how inaccurate those can be.
