Oh ok so are you not in a cast or anything? Is it just bandaged up or something?

Also how long did they say it should take to recover?

I'm from New Zealand and we have this system called ACC which is supposed to cover injuries and stuff you get that's an accident, but being a typical government system they've been screwing me around because they don't want to pay for my surgery even though my claim is valid and I've done everything right by the book.

They actually flat out denied me twice but I have a good doctor who knows the system and told me they can't actually do that and made a complaint which meant they had to accept my claim.

I'm not usually one to complain but hey, this injuries made it so I can't work or keep active and is constantly in pain so I think I'm justified in this case

No cast. But there are 3 incisions. One for the camera, one for irrigation and one for cutting.....Each incision is about 1/2 inch long with stitches. The swelling is monumental! LOL, The day today has even gotten better as I was able to hobble without a crutch

I hope you are able to get your surgery soon!! Recovery for me should be between 6 to 8 weeks. Depending on the specifics of your injury, it could be as little as 3 weeks......

Have you had an MRI? Do you know how much needs to be cut out or removed yet?

na not yet I'll find all of that out in 7 days from today.
