Email for Windows 7?

When I create a new message in Windows Live Mail 2011, the font is pre-set to Calibri. I can't find how to change the default font. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Click the top left menu (the blue one, I suppose it has the same colour), then "Options".

On the "Options" menu choose "Mail", then choose the "Compose" (or something like that) tab. On that tab you should see the font options for mail and newsgroups.

I hope that helps, my version is in Portuguese, so I am not sure about the names of the menus and options.
