White Newspaper Reporters Get Beat Down by Black Youths

I live across the river from where this happened. The first I heard of it was two weeks later here on ATS. A few days later, I was grocery shopping. After the checkout, there was a woman there trying to sell subscriptions to the Virginian Pilot. I told here I wouldn't subscribe to a paper that wouldn't publish a story where their own reporters were beaten by a mob. She just looked away and said, "Well, these things happen."

Yeah, these things happen when a black mob beats on two white people. These things don't happen when a white mob beats on two black people.
