Sgt. Shirley said the Long Branch Police Department and State Police are aware of the training and added that a police officer or an Army representative are available to answer any questions.

Jaded.....you may be on to something with the prison thing. They were setting off flashbang grenades and smoke bombs, and most likely there would be gunfire.
