Does the constitution not say that being born of both parents who are US citizens?
There is also another point I don't see anyone bringing up. Obama attended school as a child in Indonesia and dual citizenship was not recognized. He therefore or rather his parents had to renounce his US citizneship in order to attend schools there. When he did return to the USA and to become a citizen he would then have to reapply for citizenship. He would then be a "naturalized citizen". Once you give up you natural born citizenship it is gone by law.

So no matter whether he was born in Hawaii or not he was not now or ever eligible for the office of President or Vice President.

I think the latest confirmation and verification by Hawaii that Obama's records show him as a Hawaiin born American national is the biggest blow to the birthers.

Now we are seeing that Arizona has decided to keep Obama on the ballot.
