Describing himself as a 'true believer" Bush could be setting the stage for forcing the world to become like the USA. He says "we" have a duty to spread liberty so our children can grow in peace.

www.foxnews.com...

"I'm a believer. Im a believer in the power of liberty to transform societies, and I believe we have a duty, I believe we have a duty to spread liberty so that our children and grandchildren can grow up in peace," Bush told FOX News' Bill O'Reilly.

"I believe that peace is coming, and I believe that were more free. I believe weve done our duty to our children and our grandchildren to fight these ideologues of hate and to spread freedom and peace at the same time," Bush said, referring to people in Iraq and Afghanistan who lived under repressive regimes before the U.S.-led wars fought during Bush's tenure.

Gives me the shivers, could Bush be the foretold Anti-Christ?

You know what they renamed Abu Ghraib, right? Camp Redemption. Sounds like some kind of cultish compound.

I saw the interview, and I didn't get the impression that he wanted every society to be exactly like the U.S. What is wrong with wanting the world to be free? How is that a bad thing? Isn't it a GOOD thing to allow people to have freedom of speech and religion rather than people being forced to believe something or face torture or death?

And I totally disagree that he was on coke or drugs of any type. I have a tendency to grind my teeth and when my TMJ is really acting up I have to move my jaw around frequently so that it doesn't lock up. I really think people are being unfair to attribute his grinding to drugs.

My ex used to grind his jaws too, he also had TMJ but that wasn't the cause of it

And yes the world has a right to be free, but its the job of the people in that country to do that, not forcefully do it for them. Otherwise there wouldn't be freedom fighters.

It's our "duty?" Why is it our duty? Why can't it be simply because we want to. Geez, Bush makes it sound like we don't have a choice.

Wow valkeryie.
You hatred for Bush is so much that you're taken aback by benign comments that if anyone else would have said them, they would have been praised for having a good vision for our future.

That's not healthy

Bush, the anti-christ? Hardly. Not nearly smart enough. More likely one of the heads of the beast.

I doubt he is one of the heads or anything to do with it.

But can this subject be turned into something to do with the New World Order cause if we keep talking about the anti-christ,etc i shall have it moved
