You didn't know the Moon moves?

The left frame is showing the unzoomed, unstabilized view. See the Moon moving?
The right frame is zoomed and stabilized. See the Moon not moving?
Stabilized means that it keeps the Moon in the same place in the frame. The Moon is moving past the dots.

And ladies and gentlemen....the moving Moon accounts for this as well:

These taken in Earth's atmosphere

and this:

taken over the Moon in the video I provided above.

Yup, moving Moon 'plains it all!!!

I feel like an idiot I didn't even watch the left frame the first time. I watched it again.......you're right.

If the Moon is moving from left to right then these dots should be seen before they 'appear'. This is not like the backwash of a moving Moon rather it's the space PRECEDING the move.

Phage...stop it. You are ridiculous! You were more rational as Lithgow.

I believe you're getting your nouns mixed up.

Your issue isn't 'irrelevant' rather it's irrational.

Why?
The field behind and outside of the disk of the Moon is dark. There is nothing to illuminate the specks until the disk of the Moon gets close enough in the frame.

Are you saying that the Moon is not moving and the dots are? Here's the original. Look at the left frame in HD.

Here's a UFO that can't be stars (as Phage will have you thinking) nor can it be bugs or birds or bats (as others have said in other threads)

This one leaves a shadow.

Hate to break this to you kids but the Moon is very active and occupied with aliens and Humans. Just thought some of you might want to know before it's officially told. And...it will be. They'll have no choice!

We see them BEFORE the Moon becomes its backdrop. Give it up Phage. Or at least, take it up with someone else.

Well at least that one is slightly relevant.
What do you mean it leaves a shadow? A shadow on the Moon.
No. But it is a shadow of a bird or a bat (you can see the wing movement). A shadow being cast on the telescope.
Why can't it be a bird or a bat? You can see the wing movement. Here's more.

Something on the lens.
No, I don't make it up. I pay attention to information which shows quite clearly what is going on. In case you missed the link in my first post.
