Many official sources connect the 911 bombing to the 1993 bombing, claiming one motive was to come back and finish the job. The original "job" being to collapse the towers, and I think you'd agree they certainly did finish the job.

Yet Osama Bin Laden claimed they'd never expected the towers to collapse, even though plenty of engineers did. Funny that. Osama even had a degree in civil engineering, so was he just a fool not to expect a collapse, even though he was attempting to finish the job?
