You can try a lot of the mentioned methods. Meditate daily and before sleep, especially. Practice lucid dreaming and keep a dream diary. If you have
especially lucid dreams and return to what you think is the same place, often, you are probably doing this already. Eventually, by sheer power of
will, you may be able to stay, to the point that your main consciousness stays there and another part of you stays here. Remember....the grass always
seems greener on the other side. It may not be. I know I go to a place that I like to visit, it is dark and bizarre, though parts are fantastic and
bright- I don't think it would be a good idea to permanently stay there.
