Military Movement - Watching the Watchers

I live in the flight corridor between Grissom AFB and Chicago, with the 122nd National Guard base nearby, so when there's military movement in the area, I hear and see it overhead. In the last month or two I've noticed an increase in military flights in the area. In fact, this is the most movement I've seen/heard since the beginning of the Iraq War and the Surge. While what I've been seeing isn't anywhere near that level, it IS an uptick. Since it's mostly helicopters and a few jets, I've been wondering if it has to do with the craziness in Chicago because of NATO or if this is happening all over.

So gather 'round the table fellow ATSers! This is the place to discuss what you're seeing as far as military movements are concerned. Maybe if we share info, we can get a sense of what's coming and be better prepared.

A lot of Blackhawks here in Denver I don't live near the rails anymore.
However I would figure more of one is more traffic of another I saw it 9 years ago but can't say for certain...

I have been seeing a lot more shopping,
this mothers day while in uniform,
they purchased more flowers and candy then years before.

I live near Birmingham UK, and we've been buzzed a few times now by Typhoon jets and Chinook's, apparently running security drills leading upto the London Olympics, also London has mounted surface to air missiles on high buildings around the Capital, even tho defence experts say that they would be useless at the job they have apparently been stationed to do.

It is very strange, it could be exactly what they say it is, but to me it seems like over kill for the job the government alleges they are doing.

I live in Crown Point Indiana, and I have noticed many helicopters and military planes lately. Do you think they are preparing for a battle? My wife said 3 tomahawks were about a hundred feet off the ground on our backyard, and they looked like they were going to land.

I've been seeing what appears to be heavily increased activity around Pohakuloa Training Area, or PTA. Numerous convoys heading that way.

Won't give my own opinion of it, but if you're not familiar with the area, it is mountainous desert.

I have noticed more military shopping while in uniform. Don't see that a lot around here, not unheard of, but rare.

Also, here is something I wasn't sure if I should mention on here when it happened. On April 14th, we were driving on 35 hwy just North of Kansas City. My ignorance is about to show because I don't know the names of different military vehicles and equipment. We saw MANY military vehicles headed south towards KC. Some looked like jeeps, but the majority were hauling some kind of gun or weapon. It seemed like an endless line of them. I don't know much, but to me they looked like some type of long range guns that were attached to the vehicles they were on. We do have an air force base in the area, but this looked more like army to me. Maybe someone is familiar with what I am describing....

Helicopters....yeah. Lots of whirlies in the Indiana sky lately. I'm still unsure as to the why. Might be Chicago. Might not. That's why I started this thread. If it's not local, then we have something bigger going on. If you pressed me, I'd say I expect lots of folks all over this green Earth to chime in with some kind of story because in reality, the PTB are prepping for the debt bomb to go BOOM and chaos to ensue.

As to the mess that's going on in the UK because of the Olympics, it's overkill all right. Every day the stories seem to get weirder and more dystopian. Anyone else seeing the exponential expansion of " security measures " whenever there's a big sporting event or international meeting? Each bigger and more high tech than the last.....with more military. And that appartatus doesn't go away after the event. Just look at the new, permanent " enhancements " Indy got with the Super Bowl.

Keep the stories coming, guys.

Dont worry if three Tomahawks landed in your back yard you would have no front yard either.....
I think you mean Blackhaawks the helos they fly all over the place.....
The military may be getting staged for Chicago in that area...or maybe staging for their reserve summer training rotations...I know theres always a crowd of movement reports near summer months but not exactly when the rotations may start.....The national Guard is always training more in these months....
Though since the president has used them for war to avoid congressional controls....they may be deploying too......
Theres a few other things to consider...
Homeland Sec..orders millions of rounds of 40 cal hollow points to be delivered over the next three years.....
The Feds have been on a buying spree for all last year....meals ready to eat,water purification gear and other survival things have been scarece becuse of huge goverment orders for all kinds of stuff....
Advanced jets to the middle east....as well as a wing of Strike Eagles....F15s
Reports from Iran of hidden nuke efforts lately.....(The MEK)
Time to watch the carriers and where they go......
Time to watch the local situation equally advisedly....especially snce a false flag would cut so much red tape for so many people........
Anyone keeping an eye on FEMA?

Thank you. I knew there was probably a similar thread somewhere...LOL. There's so much going on lately with terror drills and training sessions and who knows what all, it's really hard to keep up with who is moving where and if it's weird or not.

Yes, yes, and yes.....these are exactly the things I had in mind when I decided to start this thread. What kind of movement and where can tell a lot about what might be happening.

False Flag?
Natural Disaster?
War?
Domestic chaos?
Financial crisis?

If enough people talk about what they see, a pattern might start to form.

Two big transport helos went over today. There had been a lull the past week. Wonder if it's going to pick up now that action in Syria is almost a certainty? I suppose that depends on who is moving and why. Guess I'm the only one seeing unusual movement. Maybe if I had spotted a zombie on one of the 'copters I'd get some participation in this thread.....
