Conflicting thoughts on City; dislike the way the lack of opportunity they give to young, English players - but I guess that's just the way things
are nowadays.
In addition I think Tevez is a disgrace and shouldn't play football again for anyone let alone play again for the club he disrespected so much - but
I guess that just sums up Mancini who seems quite weak when it comes to man management.
But I am pleased for the Man City fans who have been very loyal and have stuck with them through all the bad times.
I have a few good mates who are City fans and have seen them suffer.
Had a couple of run in's with City back in the day as well,
On the whole I think City probably just deserved it, they beat United twice and they played some great football.
What an advertisement for The Premier League the final day was, maybe not the best technically in the world but without a doubt the most exciting.
As a slight aside; we all know Joey Barton is a bit of a tosser at times, but he wears his heart on his sleeve, gives 100% at all times and at least
he has a pair of balls unlike so many professional footballers....but even I find it hard to defend him for yesterdays shenanigans - he let his team
mates and fans down badly when they really needed him to show some self-restraint for once.
