My guess is that the stuff Wikileaks got from Manning and other sources didn't stop at "Secret NO/FORN" clearance levels, only what they've released. I'll bet money, at least some of that file several of us have, contain the higher levels of data. That stuff he'd be arrestable anywhere in the world for releasing, but wasn't close for what he already did. Of course, it's stuff we could each be arrested for, for simply viewing too.

If the password/key for the big Kahuna ever comes out....I'd strongly recommend handling that hot potato on an old comp with nothing valuable on it and physical firewall to the internet. For those who are all high tech, that means the only connection from the computer to another object of any kind, in any way is a cord from the power supply on the back to the 110v outlet on the wall. Nothing else.

At least, that's how I did it the last time everyone here thought we had the real thing.
