Here are three seemingly unrelated news stories that have piqued my interest recently, and the implications it has for an attack on Iran around sept/oct this year.

First is the news out of Israel that prime minister Benjamin netanyahu has called off early general elections hours after announcing his decision to hold polls on Sept. 4, almost a year earlier than it was originally scheduled. The early elections were canceled after the main opposition, centrist Kadima Party, agreed to a deal to join the government.

In a stunning reversal, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called off early elections Tuesday after reaching an agreement to bring Israel's main opposition party into the government, a move that puts a more moderate face on his hawkish coalition. The deal to include the centrist Kadima Party was announced just a day after Netanyahu set early elections in motion. Now, With Netanyahu set to lead an overwhelming majority in parliament, it could have implications for a possible Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities and could help Netanyahu fend off challenges over an array of issues from partners in his current coalition.

The second bit of news has gone virtually unreported, and is about the U.S military build up quietly going on in preparation for war with Iran.

The US Air Force is quietly assembling the world's most powerful air-to-air fighting team at bases near Iran. Stealthy F-22 Raptors on their first front-line deployment have joined a potent mix of active-duty and Air National Guard F-15 Eagles, including some fitted with the latest advanced radars. The Raptor-Eagle team has been honing special tactics for clearing the air of Iranian fighters in the event of war.

The fighters join a growing naval armada that includes Navy carriers, submarines, cruisers and destroyers plus patrol boats and minesweepers enhanced with the latest close-in weaponry.

Thirdly the news about the F-22 Raptor pilots coming forward to speak publicly with their concerns about the safety of the vehicle. I think it may have something to do with the deployment of these fighters to the persian gulf, would you want to fly a faulty plane into battle? Source : news.yahoo.com...

Anyway i thought i would bring this to everyone's attention incase you forgot we are potentially heading for WW3 later this year and there seems to be no way to stop it now

Netanyahu's last political move is even beyond brilliance. If the early elections came unexpectedly and perplexed all commentators, what can you say about the unity government? It must be pointed out, however, that the Iranian affair is not the only basis for the actual unity deal:

Foreign Minister MK Avigdor Lieberman has proposed a revolutionary bill, which would force all the draft-dodging Haredim and Arabs to recruit to the IDF. Since it is vital for Israel's survival in the following decade, the bill must pass, and so a large coalition has been formed in order to insure that everything goes right. If the religious parties refuse to agree upon it, they can now be simply disregarded; a rare occurrence in Israeli politics, where the religious parties are usually the final arbiters. Additionally, a unity-coalition ensures that Netanyahu appears before the mobs not as a vacillating politician who, typically, can't finish the tenure of his own candidacy, but a rather confident and competent politician who is capable of forming his own coalitions for the sake of his (and allegedly his country's) interests.

Israeli politics are more internally-centered than they appear to the world. Nevertheless, the issue of striking the Iranian nuclear reactors is, of course, still on the table, and the coalition was partly organized so the consolidated government can lead the nation to war and presumably, win the war. Honestly, I don't expect the Israeli-Iranian war to be the famed WWIII. It's a regional conflict between two collapsing, decadent empires, after all.
