Your phone isn't 100% safe. Why do you use it? Could it be because the benefits outweigh the slight (less than 100% safe) risk?

The benefits of the research done at HAARP outweigh the slight risks.

I find it interesting to compare his satellites idea to how it was actually done with drone 747's. Scientists think impractical sometimes lol

Hi Phage, It seems you have quite a brilliant mind there. So, would you mind answering what should be a very simple question for you?

I keep hearing how it's possible to fill the air with electricity that can run home appliances and all kinds of things. If this much electricity can pass constantly through the air, how does one not get electrocuted merely by washing dishes in a metal sink? Or by standing barefoot in water? The whole idea seems scary to me.

I'm not phage, but I'll give it a shot...

It sounds like if you wanted that + charge you'd have to have a device to convert it from the ambient air...

Say ambient air has a - and a + charge which would make it nuetral.

In my mind you'd need a device to harness the + charge.

Sounds about right too me, but I haven't done the research just a hypothesis.

That's pretty much it. Air can't be "filled with electricity" because it is neutral and a pretty good insulator.

Tesla's ideas about the transmission of electrical power involved sending it through earth. A very inefficient system which is one reason it isn't used.

Free energy will exist to the public soon, IMO.

I wish a tesla ambient air system could be created, but any free energy device is a start for the inevitable.

What it does

A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. In Eastlund's patent the "satellite reference" is about injecting materials into the ionosphere. There is no "catalyst" and nothing is dumped "onto the planet".

Further, artificial particles, e.g., electrons, ions, etc., can be injected directly into region R from an earth-launched rocket or orbiting satellite carrying, for example, a payload of radioactive beta-decay material; alpha emitters; an electron accelerator; and/or ionized gases such as hydrogen; see U.S. Pat. No. 4,042,196. The altitude can be greater than about 50 km if desired, e.g., can be from about 50 km to about 800 km, and, accordingly may lie in either the ionosphere or the magnetosphere or both.

You're claiming that "chemtrails" are dispersed at 50km? What planes fly at that altitude?

HAARP does not utilitize the addition of such materials.

What about your claims about Tesla?
