Hello, a little about myself..

I love to do very novice research about many things I come to question throughout life. I stand from a morally and ethically foundation. I am one of these people that looks at the larger picture of life. It feels like I can think my to a better life here on planet Earth. I believe strongly that WE as human beings are extraordinary in ourselves and our will power; well, there is nothing comparable. I don'r really talk about myself much I just like to trail off sometimes. My wheels are constantly turning asking questions about things. I've always been a very curious person, it can be bad sometimes I call the wrong attention when I do that.. hah

Well, I am currently in a moral and ethical dilemma. I recently got hired at an amazing job I'm so happy to be working there and it comes in at absolute perfect timing. I had worked at a sub shop and I had stood there and let it happen. It was a big regret of mine because by letting him do it to one employee, what makes you think he won't do it to someone else. And while he is doing it to the people who work hard to endorse him professionally in that were basically helping him hand in hand, and then he cracks it down on you-in front of everyone. Basically demoralizes everything that you stand for. You're all jacked up energy wise. I feel mine my immunity has been down and it's just completely hit my heart. Lead by Example in this case I don't think is best for everyone. It's not right and I will not stand for it I haven't decided what I am to do yet but whatever it is it will be with the utmost respect to everyone else who is amazing at this job.


Huge run-on I know but I promise that whatever I post up here will be spoiled with passion and I hope to contribute to the awareness of the people.

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret, also known as ATS, the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.

*** Please be at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward), and act like an 'civil' adult. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

*** Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride you're on. Before getting on a ride, you should be mentally fit, emotionally stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented that may be contrary to your own.

*** Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might think or expect. At times, you may learn something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride, this is a natural and normal phenomena.

*** Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

*** Please have fun! But be aware if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, troll, intentionally spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is for your safety, & also for those both young and old on the ride with you.

So buckle up, keep your arms within the ride's comfort zone, have fun and "Deny Ignorance"...!

You sound like a very interesting person! I am also very curious like you with my wheels constantly turning lol.
About your work situation, I've been in a very similar situation and know how you feel. Has anything gotten better? Sometimes the worst feeling is seeing it happen, and knowing they're getting paid while doing so.
