I know this is an old tread, but when I googled ..Does Safeway Organic Tofu contain GMO's it led me here coincidentally... The "Organic Tofu" from Safeway used to say [ made with non GMO soy] now it does not say that. So I am wondering since I am no longer sure organic means non GMO.

I did find this recently a list of foods verified not to contain GMO's I don't see any Safeway brand items here though I think you have to submit a food before they verify it.
