Not every day, but in California, 4's happen rather consistently. It's a big, seismically active state.

Now, wheres that link that shows the history of quakes in an area?

i suspect it won't happen but if it happens this week that will be crazy! predictions are just a warning to be prepared, not something to bet your last dime on.
