When I seen the color preference red and blue red reminded me of fire blue of cool water interesting you seen that as well. Seemed like it was pointing to blue more. Another member mentioned the 3rd ending/choice but it has to be downloaded or something like that. I enjoyed the game but it was getting strange when the choice between the geth or their creators came into play.

I chose the destroy ending, which is the best possible to take...

btw, many fans believe in the indoctrination theory....

Best tread on this: social.bioware.com...

Interesting so you destroyed the AI -yourself - the reapers and the geth who helped you out. Its only a game yes but didnt that effect you a lil when deciding? I remember the ai saying the organics would rebuild synthetics again causing wars again. Also the indoctrination theory to me would be like getting channeled from another source an overwhelming amount until you compy so I think its a possibility.

Thanks Grifter.be for your input.

Nope, the AI on the asari home world only reacts to the presence of the Cerberus agent because he was indoctrinated.

Shep was not, otherwise the AI would of noticed.

Unless Shep was indoctrinated after the fact, or its a bio ware plot hole if it is.

I dont hink Shepherd was because the crucible AI said the Illusive man was indoctrinated and thats why he couldnt control the repaers but the AI said Shepherd could since he was still free willed synthetic but free willed.

Exactly, the Shep indoctrinate theory is BS because of reasons like that.

AND ONLY bad writing could explain it if it turns out that is the case...

Yet... It could be it all played out in sheps mind... Cause the destroy ending is the only ending where we see shep still living (breathing scene)... Which could mean, he was in the indoctrination process, thus why Red was good and blue was bad.... So choosing the Destroy ending was the same as saying, no, i will not be indoctrinated...

there are just too many things that do not make sense in the end... Why would the reapers lead beam to the center off all? Why did harbinger go away and let the beam that leads to the citadel unguarded? How come the radio says nobody made it to the beam, yet Anderson and shep made it... Why was Anderson before Shepard in the Citadel, yet he came trough the beam later, how come's your squad mates are in the Normandy, when they did not make it to the beam... What was Joker flying away from, and how did he do it?

And yes, it made me feel bad to choose destroy ending, but yet EDI still lives in the good ending (destroy) and shepard breathes too... Does that mean he was been indoctrinated... Same goes for the starchild he keeps seeing in dreams... Even when he saw him in real life, shep was the only one who noticed the kid, nobody else did....

And never has an AI lied in the Mass Effect series... It's not to much a strech to believe the child was playing you the whole time. Taking advantage of your shooken state and battered body. Just sayin'.
I think it's already been posted here, if so, sorry, but the indoctrination arguement video by Angry Joe has some excellent points to the seal up the "plot holes" some felt were in the story.
I kinda feel it went along the lines of Evangelion in it's ending, it was such a mind trip alot of people could easily miss something. But that's just my opinion, please don't pelt me tomatoes now!. >.<

Edit: I forgot to answer the original question, I went with Reaper control, I thought that is what my Shepard would do. Control the Reapers and use the bastards to rebuild the galaxy since they spent so much time ripping it apart. Figured it was the lest they could do... Now I think I had the poor gal accept indoctrination!

Yea, it would of, but ea decided they could milk gamers for a few extra coin, so they cut out the ending that mattered and will make us pay for it.

It was EA doing that ruined the Ending Not Bioware, EA Games ruined and milked Command & Conquer series and no i wont be buying Generals II.

I was pretty happy to hear that EA games shares fell at the markets and i guess thats karma.
