Possibly one of the coolest articles I've read recently, relating how The Oregon Trail is the earliest and greatest example of the "Survival Horror" genre of video games.

Also possibly my favorite website for video game information and humor

OP, you may want to add that since the text is black on a black background (in default mode), that you have to either change the settings for the page or highlight the text to read it.

ETA: And thanks for posting OP - I love this game! Absolutely chilling what the pioneers encountered...
