Same dream over and over again

Okay so when I was young, I used to have the same dream over and over again.
I was picking flowers in a field on my own.
And then I saw this shadow like being coming towards me.
When it was really close I got scared and my dream ended
I have no idea why I dreamed about that.
I'm a boy so why would i pick flowers in the first place?
I think I had that dream when i was 6-10 (Not sure though)
I'm currently 18 and I still remember the dream.

So my three question are:
1: Did this dream mean anything to me?
2: The shadow like being, could it be an alien, a ghost or an interdimensional being?
I only know it really scared me everytime I had that dream.
3: When you were young, did you also have the same dream over and over again?
If so, let me know !

Yeah, same thing here. Had the same dream for about 5 years.Since 8 years old to 13 or 14.

Dream:
I would wake up and hear strange sounds on my parents bedroom, went there open the door and both my parents would transform into logs . Then i got scared i started shrinking till i got so small that i could only see black, and hear no sound.

Weird Dream....

Seems like you have a memory you are trying to repress. Did you catch your parents rocking the casbah?

For years i had that dream, and woke up scared as hell, but not knowing why i was scared. I really think it means something, but what????Still don't know..

When i was a kiddie,i had a recurring dream bout a dark entity chasing me,then it would scratch my back with its talons.That was a hideous feeling,it would always make me arch my back in disgust+scream myself awake.I could still feel the talons tickling my back for some moments after i woke up.Then one night i got tired of running,and i stopped and waited for it,to scratch me+get it over with.It never came back again...if i had to do a dream analysis,i would say,if there was no paranormal side to it,that the shadow symbolised a hidden secret/issue that your subconscious picked up on? A shadow over a sunny day.

Sounds like your dream was about fear - You needed to or need to face your fears

All kids pick flowers and stuff, boys and girls. Another explanation, boys pick flowers to give to a girl. Or, I guess, another boy. Maybe you had a crush on someone but you were afraid to death to acknowledge it or admit it to the person?
