What on earth are you talking about?

What is my intent?

Other than to help support Ron Paul in the most logical way since I assume you are not thinking ahead?

edit-and if you are a kid(young man) its good that you are interesting in politics.

Are you implying that I am a Republican? Im not even an Imperial Citizen. I vote for the Australian Socialist Party They are very poor Socialists in my opinion and I dont like them much either, but like Paul, the best of a bad bunch and my vote helps them even though they cant win.
My intent is to end American Imperialism. Ron Paul is the guy to do it.

You say one thing one direction and say something different in another!

Who controls the media? Who controls the debates? You have seen how hard it has been for "Dr Paul" already. It willonly get harder. And if Ron runs as Independant he is a liar

I really do not believe Dr. Paul needs your kind of " help"!

To assume Ron Paul is the cunning political liar is one way to look at it, another way is wisdom and experience.
No one wants to paint themslelves into a corner and not have away out.
If the party throws Ron Paul under the buss at the convention, it is the party who opens the door for the painter and let's him out, for an independent run.

No I dont. I call things for what they are. And if Paul cant stand up to criticism he is doomed. Paul supporters need to acknowledge that and prepare for it. I think most of you are bandwagon supporters because its en-vougue.

Republicans will attack Paul on the issues I have shown you.

And as I said,I was looking into how Paul would run as Independant many months ago. While you guys were still on the pipe dream of him winning the GOP. Not gonna happen. Very obvious months ago.

Personally, I see him as just one of us regular folk. With a little more clout, that is. He just wants to see government answerable to the people just as it should be!

For clarification I need to ask a question.
Since Santorum suspended his campaign over two week ago and has not thrown his support to Rommney,
is Santorum not a real republican, for not following the party line ?

There is where you and I tend to differ on opinion! I see no one other than RP who can be trusted at this time for the position!

Your are grasping for something that doesn't even exist.

1. A republican can be at some point a Democrat or Independant or whatever. There have even been Career Politicians who have switched parties. So it isn't as simple as a true Democrat or a true Republican has to vote that way.

2. RP has always said he doesnt plan on running as an Independant. But, I believe he ran as one the first time he ran for President so it really isn't that far of a reach. Considering all the Research you have done on the subject I would of thought this would of crossed your mind.

3. In 10 years from now when the Republican Party is now called the Socialist Right Wing (Pick any European Political Group Name) will you still consider yourself a True Republican/Die Hard Republican/Vote Republican till I die??

Please explain.

I would love to see the 2 party system abolished all together. I would rather vote for a candidate's true convictions, honesty, and the ability to listen to what the majority want rather than conforming to ideas of a party platform.

The party system is set up to divide and doesn't unify a country for the common good. It stagnates and causes politicians to tow the line without forcing them to think outside the box.

Primaries are a perfect example where we don't allow the majority to choose a candidate that appeals to both sides of the spectrum. Case in point; My brother in-law is a staunch democrat but really likes a lot of what Ron Paul believes in. He would never want to change party affiliation just to vote for Paul. So his voice is not being heard. Romney may be designated as the candidate to run against Obama, but would he still be in the same position if the entire country had a choice to select a candidate to run against Obama?

People are being brainwashed at an early age on how to align themselves in the political arena. Just like religion, we are raised to follow our parents convictions. It eliminates us from listening to the person and making our own decision based upon how a candidates policies would affect them positively, rather than picking "a team" and ignoring the teams policies that would actually affect their personal situation negatively. I'm sure everyone has known someone who has labeled himself as a "republican" or "democrat," but continues to vote for the party that is actually affecting his or her situation for the worst.
