I noticed this glitch previously but as of recently in more detail and felt that perhaps a thread to notify staff and members to be sure the issue is
not something on my end.
Following the path in the thread title (Tools>Messages>Inbox>Replies), if a member has replied to one's post and that reply just happens to be the
last post on a particular page, when you click the link in the individual reply message to take one to the post whereby the member replied to one's
previous post, one is sent to the very next corresponding page number of the thread.
A workaround, in case this has happened to anyone else, their is indeed a post where another member has replied, however one has to click the previous
page # and scroll within that page to find where the actual reply to one's post was made.
A similar glitch also occurs when one edits a post, that happens to be the last post on a particular page, the result will sometimes be of a similar
nature in that it appears as though it is trying to access what would be the first post on the next page in the thread as opposed to the last post on
the previous page one just edited. I believe this particular issue has been discussed before, although I am not aware if it has been remedied as of
yet.
A workaround, same as above, simply go to the previous page to see one's edited post.
Posting this as an FYI for staff to perhaps include in any future scheduled maintenance sessions, as well as members for the workaround
