Anyone else have a virus sent to them today?

today i got an email which the sender didnt have an email it was just my name at my isp and no message just some attatchment called content. I was like # that and deleted it.

My standard email hasnt been working for the last couple days. So I'm considering finding a new host. Hey WILLIAM when do we get our e-mails?

I got one today and i think i know who from and it crashed my computer!
Thankfully i have installed a new virus guard and it stopped any damage but just double checking!

They're a combat hazard here, Lysergic and your strategy remains the best: just delete: beware especially of ones that offer patches and virus-fixes.
Happily, I cannot ever recall having received such a thing that wasn't manifestly obvious save one, a year back now, in which the name of a trusted fellow-Mod was taken in vain. They got me that time.
