Probably 30 years ago I recall reading that most heart attacks occur at night in your sleep, like midnight to 3 am. The referenced source has links to
articles dealing with time of day.
Recently I read, not in detail, about an earpiece (bluetooth?) with a small led. Seems that light in your ear triggers something good for you in your
brain.
I have also read that you should cough, a mild form of fibrillation, if you are having a heart attack.
All forms of prevention of damage beat the alternatives.
I can easily sleep in a well lit room so maybe a 500 watt nightlight is in my future! lol
