Attention all Tool/Perfect Circle fans...

I have been a fan of Tool for many years. I think their music is great, and the videos are something else. I have an understanding of the lyrics... an awe over the videos (love the way the claymation guy just shakes!), but there is one thing that has come to my attention, and that concerns the video for Sober.

Yes, Sober. I have seen this video many times, and never... NEVER... even thought about it, until this past week, when my oldest son (just turned 9) watched it with me, and very plainly asked me...

"So, what's in the box, Dad?"

The box, that little string wrapped box in which Clay Guy keeps checking up on, moving it from wall to floorboards... ever so carefully peeking inside, wrapping it back up, hiding it again.

I thought about it. I thought about it some more. I played the song in my head, I read the lyrics. I asked a friend of mine, and he searched the fan sites. Thus far, we have no answer of what is in the box.
