IF the campaign for president is done, it certainly does not mean that the movement for freedom is. i tend to get emotional about this subject, probably because i worry for my children's future. the freedoms this country was founded on have been taken away so slowly that many people do not even realize it. he wants to change many things and not all of them will be done if he does get elected, but it would for sure jerk things back in the right direction. his ideas for cutting and change in foreign policy are needed badly. again i get emotional over this subject because i truly care.

Why don't you tell me when Ron Paul is going to pull this miracle instead of flame-baiting people? In fact, when are Ron Paul supporters going to wake up and realize that he is DONE? The Republican Party is DONE. This country is TOAST if people STILL think that electing either party will improve their plight.
You can't have a thread and then dictate who can and cannot post in it. Too bad if you don't like my input. You never had a choice.
This nation needs Ron Paul like we needed to give women the right to vote.
This nation needs Ron Paul like we needed to end segregation.
This nation needs Ron Paul like we needed Civil Rights for minorities.
first of all you come across as very hateful. just because we have a difference in opinion does not mean we have to be hateful to each other. as i said in my comment he won't be able to do everything he wants to accomplish just like obama hasn't either. i believe the foreign policy is the most important thing to address. however, i do believe that taking away some of the regulations on business would help. i highly doubt anybody would be for monopolies.

I wonder if it concerns you that Ron Paul supported removing tax payer funding for all public education, including that of primary schools... the Libertarians still do...
Deregulation of all business? Think that'll help your kids? Allowing corporate monopolies? Denying healthcare to the very poor?
Go read some Ayn Rand and see if that's a society you want your kids to live in.
Ron Paul takes the approach that people are all the same under the constitution, or are all individuals. i'm assuming you're trying to infer he is racist. that card is not going to work. he talks about how the minorities are targeted in the prison system. and he has admited that abortion is a very tough subject when rape is a factor.

On July 3, 2004, Ron Paul was the only Congressman to vote against a bill hailing the 40th anniversary of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Ron Paul on rape:
"If it's an honest rape, that individual should go immediately to the emergency room, I would give them a shot of estrogen."

And on and on... people have no idea what he believes...

You guys that oppose him really need to get educated and free your mind of what the government SHOULD and SHOULD NOT control.

It's not that they aren't "educated" on this matter........I'm quite sure they are well-versed, and that's exactly why they are here.
Given this fact, it's unlikely they will bite the hand that feeds them......to put it nicely.
i'm assuming you're trying to infer he is racist. that card is not going to work.
So even for those after a handout, it should still be a better world.

Don't you see? If the BIG BAD RACIST RON PAUL becomes president, he's gonna impose segregation laws and make blacks use separate bathrooms and ride in the back of the bus......all with the full support of CONGRESS!!!!!!!!!
OH, THE HUMANITY!
Please, GOD, silence the RON PAUL campaign, lest the U.S. will digress back to the days of black slavery and oppression.....and the KU KLUX KLAN will rise again to new heights of power!!!!!!
We can't be worried about silly issues like abolishing the Federal Reserve and adhering to The U.S. Constitution when we've got a suspected RACIST running for office!!!!!!!!
Careful, without a sarcasm emoticon or a sarcasm text font (we REALLY should have one, maybe reverse italics), people might actually believe you.
