New ATS Moron

New to this site but not to technology, this planet and beyond. Left DOD behind a short time ago. Looking for guidance thru the chaos of this site. may have much to offer looking to absorb even more.


Just completed construction, commissioning of several new BSL-4 labs. Provided schematic design of largest BSL-4 in world and currently in construction. DOD, CDC is gearing up "Bigtime" but they all have several fundamental flaws in the "containment" some of which also exist in several other labs. Have 100% proof, but was told to "shut-up". Need help. The rush to complete and operate these labs is putting public in danger.
