Japanese diplomats have signaled to their Russian counterparts that the returning of the Kuril Islands to Japan is “critical” as they
have no other place to resettle so many people that would, in essence, become the largest migration of human beings since the 1930’s when Soviet
leader Stalin forced tens of millions to resettle Russia’s far eastern regions.
Russia reportedly 'shocked' Japan is proposing a plan to forcibly evacuate 40 MILLION Japanese to the KURIL ISLANDS, which are historically the
homeland of the Japanese Ainu people but now under disputed Russian rule:
if Japan doesn't sound totally desperate to start moving its people out of Japan, i don't know what is!
so i wonder how that will work out diplomatically - what if Russia says NO? Negotiations are reportedly in progress with Russia and we shall soon see
from the looks of the urgency for so many millions of Japanese, including virtually all of TOKYO, poised to evacuate as the land sinks and radiation
spreads n seeps.
basically the situation looks grim for Japan on whole because Fukushima reactor #4 is on verge of collapse and would release 460 tons of nuclear
material - more than Chernoyl disaster even. this would be catastrophic and some say this one event could threaten ALL life on Earth, ultimately.
this is really gonna be one heck of a mass exodus, eventually!
or, is it just sorcha faal sensationalism? considering the dire radiation situation, i don't think so..

Folks, relax. This explosion was at a refinery and not at Fukushima Dai-ichi. Take a look at the petroleum storage tanks in the foreground of the
video image.

If there was really a "huge" explosion that person standing so close would have died, and that video would have never been uploaded to youtube, and
it would be all over MSM in the blink of an eye.
