I guess I could get audited for not paying taxes, but I would just explain to them that one of congresses House joint resolution makes it unlawful for me to pay them the money they would be wanting. And if I did not do that then I would use the little know AFV Process and make the us treasury pay the irs my debt. If they refused they would have not only about a 10 million dollar lien against them But some judges and their wives would also be sued as well as the irs officers and their wives ETC ETC ETC.

You mean have I filled my Sui Juris. No, but I do have it ready should I need it. Only the stupid would believe a judge when he says its fake. Me I would file an improper motion to disqualify the judge. If he refuses I would file the motion to force the judge to step down aint had to research how to fill out one of those because it has never been needed. And I dont feel like fileing all these motions getitng them signed by friends mail copies to the da and county clerk. It would be pointless and time consuming unless I actually had to do it.
