I agree that this is not quality entertainment. I learned of her through my 16-year-old daughter who is not allowed to listen to her. While the "artist" thinks her music is good in reality she gives black women an image of ignorance and horish(spelling intended not sure if it would count and swearing) pride.

That was painful to watch, only made it to the 0.35sec mark. I feel your pain, for music lovers like us there's very few modern artists that are tolerable. I've always been a classic rock and blues guitar fan but listening to the same old songs, even the ones off the back wall, started getting stale. Been trying to branch out lately and recently got really into outlaw country and bluegrass, I guess finally embracing my country roots. I've been pleasantly surprised at how closely some recent honky tonk type country reminds me of old southern rock, along the lines of Skynard and The Georgia Satellites.

Though right at this movement I'm listening to the Symphony No. 45 In F Sharp Minor composed by Franz Joseph Haydn and enjoying very much. I guess my point is there's always good music out there if your willing to leave your comfort zone.

Well to be honest, She DOES have a huge fan base. I mean she's only on every Music Channel & half the radio stations.
I personally don't like it, but it doesn't mean it isn't music. Music is just a form of expression. If she want's to talk about "stupid hoes" then so be it. Don't hate man.

Not necessarily the stupidest. An even worse idea might be to create a thread about a stupid video, to share it with others.

I knew I shouldn't have pressed play.
Instead, I ignored my instincts and did it anyway, and now...
I think it's safe to say I've just suffered some brain damage, and I think my IQ has dropped a few points.
I'm going to go chew on some paint chips now.

This is why today's music has taken a dive ---- I'm pissed off at how this cacophony is being eaten up by the masses. You know how they say a cluttered room is a cluttered mind? Well F--K ME! This is the sonic equivalent of that saying. This is absolute CRAP!

Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five is rolling around in its grave!

Man, I need to STFU and write some music that will put an end to all this CRAP!

as an acoustic musician, this saddens me greatly. I can only hope that this music causes some sort of genetic damage to people who like it, so that they cant reproduce

I decided to give the "hit" radio a spin today (or rather was forced to listen).

Absolutely terrible.

Everything sounds the same, and I'm not one to clump music together, but goddamn.
