lol. Maybe he did the math wrong.. if you take 36/56 as a fraction and reduce it you get 9/14..maybe he got lost somewhere in the reduction

So I think its obvious isnt it? 3plus 6 is 9: 5 plus 6 is 11? Hence 9/11

still a stretch, it could simply be a play because Casey Mears is #13 which is considered bad luck in the west, so they did a play on the bad luck angle..

or, since he drives and does also tire tests it could be something good year did to mark the tires especially for him. Never know
