War with N. Korea

With the US Destroyers being deployed off the coast of N. Korea, how long do you think it'll be until we actually declare yet another war? I don't want to think of it possibly happening, but I actually seeing some conflict between us and them happening either before the year is over or early in 2005. Hopefully it won't happen though, since we're already taking over half of the middle east right now. Any thoughts?
