I dont think either are appropriate myself, but I dont care what others do. If I dont like it I wont look.. or order the kids "eyes to pavement".. which happens a lot in the summer here. I dont think incarceration or laws are good when they are regulating this, we have enough laws and cages for Americans as it is. We cant run around naked, so folks have to push it with fashion.. to shock or express. Whatever, sagging pants make criminals easier to apprehend, people should be praising this fashion.
