Very nice OP!

I just saw Saturn for the first time with my XT8 about a month ago--gives you the chills when it first swings into view, eh?

Beautiful! Did you black out the sky around Saturn? Or is it just that empty looking?

Nice work,Again!
I am jealous...

I have seen the mighty Saturn through my telescope eyepieces, but have yet to capture on film, due to weather/work,and only getting my camera connected recently.
One day..

Star and flag for not dubbing it with creepy music and claiming it was a UFO!
I hope this is your first step in a long voyage of exploration. Excellent work!

The next night, got the telescope to stabilize a little better, alot less wind was blowing.

You had a few moments of perfect seeing there. Next step is to get some image processing software to grab the best frames!

huh wish i could have captured saturn myself on my 4 in. a little difficult using 20mm eyepiece with a camera taped to it too shaky to get clear view 4mm lens ha not a chance you should be able to get a closer image with the same quality... nice view though no doubt
