WAR: 8 Egyptians Kidnapped in Iraq; All Employees of Orascom

Armed men broke into a the office of Egyptian mobile phone giant Orascom and kidnapped two men - Mustafa Abdel Latif and Mahmud Turki - Thursday night. The abductors drove the captives away in a black BMW. On Wednesday, six other Orascom employees were taken near Fallujah, apparently from their homes.




This comes just a week after the kidnapping of two Americans and one British national. The Americans have both been confirmed killed, but the fate of the British man is still unknown. The US says there is only one woman of importance in custody and they don't plan on releasing her.

Kidnapping more muslims? I love it when they shoot themselves in the foot....

I wonder how Egypt feels about it's citizens being kidnapped.....

Amazing, nobody cares when they capture fellow muslims??? I guess that can't be helping their cause any???

Still, my thoughts are with them and their families... I'd wager Orascom will capitulate and pull out, and the men will be returned...

These kidnappers are getting more and more daring literally taking them right out of their office and driving away with them. And where are the security guards that are meant to be protecting these people, Its was bad enough having two Americans and one Briton kidnapped I blame the security force assigned to protect these people.

This is getting very very sad, isn't the US n the country to help them be free and not afraid of terror? Yet people are getting kidnapped out there HOMES?! Come on...I think the US needs to be doing a better job...
