I was really into alternative/indie music, this was my favorite song of my teenage years.

Freshman in highschool.
I was grunge before it was grunge.

We used to rock out to this album all the time when were Mountain biking.... in the car on the way there...

Used to LOVE this album





And then after riding.... and smoking...


This on the way home..






These both just remind me of being in the car... shattered from riding.... baked....

I was introduced to The Prodigy in my early teens. Funnily enough, by a guy that'd come back from the Navy with some cash to spend on a ghetto blaster and plenty of cd's so we could listen to them in the local park. This was one of my faves and always takes me back to my early youth.

In my early teens it was probably something like this,


Kris Kross Jump Jump.

wiggidywiggidy whack.

In my later teens it was stuff like this in my heady clubbing days travelling the midlands clubs in a clapped out fiesta.

I grew up in the 80's!

Not pretending I like all of their stuff, but as a whole, great band.

They've influenced me a lot over the years, (especially Kid A.) love the way they did their own thing and didn't follow the corporate line.

For that alone (in addition to so many of their great tunes.) they get my respect.

This one for instance I think is truly great, from Amnesiac :

This was my theme song in high school in the early eighties.



This was just after graduation, won tickets on the radio to see them in concert.



Used to sing along to this at the top of my lungs.



This song and album defined my senior year.

It's very difficult to locate any music that could reflect my teenage years. Due to reasons I'm not going to explain here, I suffer permanent amnesia of all years before my early twenties. This was the best I could find:
