I Need Some Advice

I need some advice. I plan on moving out of the country (USA) and moving either to Norway, Austria, or Switzerland. I do want a college education, but I cannot decide what kind of college would be best-one in the USA or in Europe. I plan on majoring in international relations and I have looked at colleges in switzerland that offers it and I think that it focuses more on the world then the the ones in the US colleges do. I guess what I'm saying is when I evevntually move to another country what would I benifit more from. A college education in the US or a college education in Europe. All opinions are welcome and are helpfull.
