wonder what caused his fit, and why he named Israel, Afghanistan - as well as what precipitated the other 2 incidents with flight attendant and passenger flipping out, too?

It is definitely suspicious with another "medical situation" like this happening within such a short space of time. I guess he will be off to a medical hospital and never seen again.
