A sac is born!

Glistening, it ruptures! There is a hiss as it deflates, the putrid gases and foul stenches that had been trapped inside for so long escaping to the wider atmosphere. There is a kind of burbling as hideous liquids of unnatural viscosity begin to ooze from various pores, ducts, and glands. Perhaps a kind of tired wheezing at the end of all the effort.

The sac shudders in the dark grass, triumphant. A new birth is always a new beginning.

Welcome, world. Welcome to the sac.

... a descriptive narrative about the birth of a troll. replete with all the noxious fumes, gases and stench typically associated with the same.
